The Tor Browser is a tool that lets you browse the internet without revealing your physical location or your identity to the websites you visit. It looks and feels like a standard web browser but it works very differently under the hood. Instead of a direct path between you and a website, your data travels through three different layers of volunteer servers located all over the world.
